VinculixOS reads your documents, extracts the facts in them, and lets you search across all of it, with each result carrying the evidence a reviewer or a supervisor would ask for.

CAP-01

Hybrid search

Keyword, semantic and relationship search run together and are fused into one ranked list.

  • Each result shows how every search mode ranked it, so the ordering can be checked by hand
  • When a mode cannot answer, the result says so and why, rather than degrading silently
  • Multilingual semantic search with models that run on your own hardware

CAP-02

Provenance on every fact

Every extracted fact links back to the exact source it came from, in a signed, append-only record.

  • The source document's cryptographic fingerprint and the exact passage
  • The parser and model, with their versions, that produced it
  • A digital signature, so the record can be verified independently

CAP-03

Point-in-time history

Corrections supersede earlier values instead of overwriting them. Any view can be replayed as it stood at an earlier instant.

  • Search, entities, the graph and exports all accept an “as of” instant
  • Each value carries the period it is valid for and the time it was recorded
  • Show what the system said on a given day, not only what it says now

CAP-04

Transparent queries

Every search records its plan: the queries it ran, their parameters, and a stable fingerprint.

  • The plan is returned with the results and written to the audit log
  • Preview a plan before it runs
  • Relationship results return the full path they followed, not just where they ended

Entity and relationship canvas

Explore the companies, instruments and identifiers named in your documents, and how those documents connect them.

  • Every link and every count opens the sentences behind it, with their provenance
  • Expand, find paths between two entities, hide, undo, or switch to a table view
  • Rewind the canvas to an earlier instant

CAP-06

Time series with provenance

Date-indexed figures found in your documents become series you can plot, each point traceable to its source.

  • Read as of any instant, like every other view
  • Choose a range counted back from the latest observation, or between two dates

CAP-07

Document ingestion

PDF, including scanned pages through OCR, and spreadsheets. Files are typed by their content, never by their extension.

  • ISIN and LEI identifiers are recognised and their check digits validated
  • Amounts and rates are extracted as claims with an honest confidence
  • Re-processing a document is idempotent: it creates nothing twice

CAP-08

Standards-aligned export

Entity types resolve to FIBO, the Financial Industry Business Ontology. Your knowledge leaves in open formats.

  • Export to RDF Turtle and GraphML, at any point in time
  • Types without a standard mapping are counted and labelled, never passed off as aligned

Every view, as it stood on any day.

History is not a log kept on the side. It is how every value is stored, so any view can be rebuilt as it was.

    The value the system holds today, with the period it is valid for.

    As of any instant

    Choose an earlier instant and search, entities, the graph and exports are rebuilt as they stood then.

  3. 03 · SUPERSEDED

    Corrections supersede

    A correction never erases the value it replaces. Both stay on record, each with its own dates.

  4. 04 · RECORDED

    Two clocks on every value

    When a fact was true, and when the system learned it, are recorded separately.

Six layers in every result.

Search results are not just ranked text. Each one is the top of a stack that goes all the way down to your original document.

    The plan behind the search, recorded before it ran, with a stable fingerprint, and written to the audit log.

    Each step the search took between entities, every step carrying its own provenance.

    When it was true

    When the fact held, and when the system learned it. Superseded values stay on record.

    Where it came from

    The exact passage, the source's fingerprint, the parser and model versions, and a signature.

    The original

    Your document, in your building, unchanged.

SHT P-06Deployment

Installed on premises, operated by you.

Runs on your infrastructure
VinculixOS is installed on premises and operated by you. There is no vendor-hosted service.
No outbound calls at runtime
The running system makes no network call outside your environment. Models are mounted locally and never downloaded on the fly.
Offline licence verification
The licence is verified cryptographically on site. Nothing phones home.
Your data never reaches us
No client document, query or result is sent to VinculixOS. There is no telemetry.

SHT P-07Boundaries

What VinculixOS is not.

Not a chatbot

VinculixOS has no generative component. It retrieves passages and facts from your documents; it does not write answers.

Not a scoring engine

It produces no score, rating or verdict about a natural person. A person reads the evidence and decides.

Not a cloud service

There is nothing to sign up to and nowhere your documents are sent. You run it.
